4. Fees and Payment

Fees for using the Coin Vault Pro Services will be disclosed to you during the onboarding process and are subject to change upon prior notice. You authorize Coin Vault Pro to deduct any applicable fees from transactions processed through your account before settlement.

All intellectual property rights in the Services, including but not limited to, the Coin Vault Pro name, logo, software, design, and content, are owned by Coin Vault Pro or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Services for your business purposes, subject to these Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Coin Vault Pro be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the Services.
